What is Hoodia Gordonii?
Hoodia Gordonii is a cactus plant native to Southern Africa found mainly in the Kalahari Desert. The plant has been used for centuries by the San Tribe in Southern Africa to fight off hunger and thirst in the desert. How does Hoodia Gordonii work?
It is a member of the succulent (cactus) family which contains an extremely powerful appetite suppressant molecule called P57. P57 works in a fashion similar to how glucose works signaling your brain, tricking your body into thinking it is full. Basically, if you are not hungry you will reduce your caloric intake and thus lose weight.
